Katy Perry, Kardashians Top Barbara Walters' 'Most Fascinating'
'X Factor' judge Simon Cowell, 'Modern Family' stars also make the cut.

The past 12 months were full of some interesting folks, and Barbara Walters has announced who made her annual list with "The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2011." So, who made the cut? The top seven released so far include the Kardashian family, who continue to captivate TV audiences and the rumor mill thanks to several TV franchises and their headline-making relationships (babies, divorce and everything in between).
Pop superstar Katy Perry also will be featured on the special. After releasing her album Teenage Dream last year, she managed to break chart records this year with hits like "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" and "E.T." She also released several memorable videos and hit the road on her California Dreams Tour.
Wednesday night, Perry was nominated for several Grammy Awards, including Record of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance for her single "Firework."
Simon Cowell also landed on the list. After leaving "American Idol," he launched the U.S. version of "The X Factor" this fall, reuniting with his former "Idol" pal Paula Abdul. Longtime Yankee Derek Jeter, TV personality/entrepreneur Donald Trump and Kate Middleton's sister/royal wedding breakout star Pippa Middleton also will be featured on the special.
"Modern Family" onscreen couple Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Eric Stonestreet made the cut as well, bringing the list, technically, to 11. The #1 most-fascinating person, as well as the two other folks who made the list, will be announced on the primetime special December 14 on ABC.

NBC The Office, Whitney & Prime Suspect Preview Videos
Happy Thursday my friends! It may be December but that doesn?t mean you are stuck with reruns. You can see what I am talking about in the below preview videos of The Office, Whitney and Prime Suspect, sweet! NBC has a killer line-up tonight, which includes all new episodes of Whitney, Prime Suspect and The Office. Three of my favorite shows I must say. On The Office guest star Maura Tierney roles into town as Robert California?s wife. As you can imagine things get interesting when Robert a.k.a. James Spader, realizes that there is not a spot for his wife in The Office. Next up we have the show Whitney which I am so loving. This week the one and only Chelsea Handler guest stars as Whitney?s psychiatrist. Oh yes our girl has a sleeping problem and is looking for Handler to fix it. This is going to be a must see episode for sure. Last but by no means least, there is Prime Suspect. I swear this show gets better and better each week. Jetman joins two fighter jets in flight over Swiss Alps
The Jetman takes to the air again, this time alongside the?Breitling Jet Team.?

Skip to next paragraphIf you want a real thrill, you've got to pull?on a rubber jumpsuit and a helmet, strap a gigantic jet wing to your back, and soar around the skies at hundreds of miles per hour. What, that doesn't sound exciting to you? Well, it sure sounds exciting to Yves Rossy, a Swiss native better known as the Jetman.?
Rossy, who was born in 1959, spent his early career as a military pilot, before decamping for a cushy captain's gig at Swiss International Air Lines. But his dream?was "to try to fly in the most natural way possible, by removing the need for the complicated enclosure an aircraft is," according?to his (slightly-stilted and possibly-computer-translated) online bio. So, obviously, he strapped on his own jet wing and started flying without all that "complicated enclosure" stuff.
The Jetman has logged a range of flights over the years, crossing Lake Geneva in 2002, the English Channel in 2008, and the Grand Canyon in 2011, the Daily Mail reports. Rossy's most recent stunt, shown below, involved flying, in formation, over the Swiss Alps, alongside two?L-39C Albatross jets. The planes were part of the?Breitling Jet Team; Breitling also sponsored Rossy.?
In video from the stunt, Rossy plummets out of a helicopter, before activating his engines, and surging forward into formation. So what's powering the famed jet wing? Four Jet-Cat P200 engines, powerful enough to drive the wing, which weighs about 120 pounds with fuel, forward through the air.?

Beyonce Slams "Disgusting" Pregnancy Craving Rumors (omg!)
Beyonce may be pregnant -- but she's not chowing down on any gross concoctions of any sort, thank you very much.
In a new 20/20 interview with Katie Couric airing on ABC Friday, she laughingly slammed talk about her supposedly wacky food craving.

Couric asked the "Love on Top" singer about any bizarre food hankerings now that she's expecting her first child with husband Jay-Z.
"Not really anything," Beyonce, 30, told Couric. "I read that I like ketchup on everything. . . Not true," she quipped, laughing.

But well-meaning fans probably read some of the reports as fact.
"I was on a plane and the flight attendant came and was like, I have your hot sauce and pickles and bananas," she recalled.
"I'm like, that is disgusting! What are you doing? And he's like, I read it on the internet!"

Still, the Grammy winner has admitted in earlier interviews that her sense of smell has heightened ever since her pregnancy began.
"I smell everything," said the star, promoting her Pulse fragrance in September. "If it smells bad, I smell it. My husband's fragrance, his one that I always love, I hate right now. So thank God I have this one!"
